CYPRESS CREEK - FEATURE FILM

JORI GILL ON THE SET OF CYPRESS CREEK
What character did you play ?
JORI -
"I played the role of Stephanie. A fun-loving Furry, who is a little nervous for our adventure."
How did you prepare for the role?
JORI -
"I did quite a bit of research on Furries to get an idea of what was going on inside Stephanie's mind. I had to create this character and then portray her in person form and demon form. It was very fun playing a demon and dancing with the other two demons in the bedroom to create one of the creepiest scenes, in my opinion."
How difficult was the shoot and being covered in blood nearly every scene ?
JORI -
"Constantly being covered in blood was definitely a stressful experience. We were all very sticky and looked absolutely terrifying, but it added so much to our characters. Despite not being able to sit down on any furniture or brush our hair, it was very fun turning into a demon."
Any odd stories to tell about from filming?
JORI -
"I had such an amazing experience filming. Each day was a whole new adventure in itself. It was so cool to sit through an hour of makeup and look in the mirror and not even be able to recognize myself! The cabin that we filmed at was very beautiful but at night it had an eerie feeling which made staying in character a lot easier. Another location that we filmed at had exotic animals all over the property, lemurs, camels, kangaroos, and even zebras. I took videos of the cast and crew hand feeding lemurs, it was amazing! The day I wrapped was bittersweet and i wish that I could've spent more time with everyone, making this film was definitely one of my favorites."
